Having a Sunburn Isn't Fun

Click to check out this dress: http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=23919583

Last Monday I didn't have to work until 4:30, I realized it'd be a great opportunity to make it my first beach day of the year. Once I got down to the sand it was perfect. Stupid me, I decided that I would put some sunscreen on later. Well, later went by and I forgot. I went to work as a lobster. I have been babying my sunburned body this entire week and it's still red hot and itchy.

I've been wanting to put pictures up of some of my favorite outfits but, they are on hold until I'm less crimson.

An update on my home projects; they are coming along slowly but surely. I will be putting some pictures of my "new" room soon.

In the mean time, here are some new items I have added to my Etsy store.

  2. Aloe Vera is used as a common treatment for sunburns. Not only it soothes the skin, it may also assist in the healing process. Apply to the affected areas as needed. Although the gel extracted directly from an aloe Vera plant works best.
