Roaming around the Bonsall Bridge, and taking some new pictures for my etsy store was how my day began. I wish I would have brought more than one outfit but, it was my first time trying an outdoor photoshoot and I didn't have much confidence in my skills. Sometimes photography can be such a mystery to me. I am working on it and enjoying the challenges. To purchase this red dress click here Coco Cherie Vintage.

Arizona's Salt River
In a few hours from now, I will be heading off to the Salt River in Arizona. A couple close girlfriends and I will be tubing down the river. It's my first time, so I am very excited. I don't look forward to the early morning drive home on Sunday, to get my friends back in time to go to work. Besides all the driving the floating should be a blast.
The funny thing is I just got home from Kayaking on the Colorado River in Laughlin, Nevada and now I am headed over to the Salt River in Arizona. I will post pictures, as long as I don't loose my camera. See you all again on Monday!
And by the way, I will be running my online business Coco Cherie Vintage Clothing full time, beginning this Monday! Because, I quit my day job!

Yesterday's Thrifting
Yesterday I did find a couple goodies but, I got home too late to feel inspired to take pictures of them and post them on here. Hopefully, if not too tired after I get off of work tonight I can post the pictures. I did score a pretty pink 50's dress, a black silk 80's dress and a light colored hippie dress. I also got a small electric blue purse and I using it already.

This time around I will post photos of my finds so, hopefully I find something amazing:) Wish me luck and hopefully I will have pictures up tonight.

My First Hand Dyed Vintage Slip
For some time I had wanted to dye one of my vintage slips. Here's the first. I dyed it a baby pink. I love that the lace turned out slightly darker than the rest of the fabric. In place of a couple stains I covered them up with these little fabric hearts. I added some little bows at the shoulders and embellished them with a small crystal. I had so much fun that I plan to do some more hand dying.
