I am so terrible at posting regularly....

I guess, I just don't feel I have that much to say. At least, I don't feel it's interesting enough to blog about. Even though, my favorite bloggers just talk about their day to day activities and post pictures and I thoroughly enjoy it. Maybe, next year I will get better.

Today, I created a list of ideas of things to photograph. I am considering doing a new photo a day. I don't know how long that will last but, it would be a fun challenge. I am not planning to restrict it to self portraits only. I will be allowed to photograph anything. I need to challenge myself and give this blog some action! For now, here are a few newly listed photography prints. All happen to be self portraits. They have been added to my Etsy shop Coco Cherie .

Second Levitating Self Portrait

Here is my second levitating photo from just a couple hours ago. I might try to create a series of these. They're so much fun!

"Levitating"

Tonight, I was browsing through blogs and I got so inspired by a photo that a blogger had just posted. I clicked on the source and came across some really interesting photos. I felt so inspired, I had to try it out for myself. This is my first attempt to "levitating". I had a blast trying to levitate and I am super excited to try something similar to this again. I already have other ideas. This was sorta my test shoot and I actually like it a lot. Next time, I hope to set things up better. As well, I need to work on my pose. This isn't the last levitating I will try!

*This photo was taken in my room and I think it would be hilarious if I enlarged it and hung it on the wall near my bed.

Is this too dark? Personally, I like it but, I am not sure if I should make it lighter.

One more thing, I need a title for this photograph. I am not so great with coming up with titles. Any ideas?

Natural Beauty

I took these photos all in the same day last week. My boyfriend had rented us a really cool macro lens, neither one of us really knew how to use. But, we had fun exploring a local park for a couple hours. These were a few shots that came out nicely. By the way, the pictures of my cat in the window, I did not use the macro lens. I just added those in because she looked so cute.

I am craving the time to feel better and go out and take some more pictures. All week I have been sick, and stuck at home with Strep Throat. I used to frequently get Strep when I was younger and I forgot how painful it really is. I am just starting to feel better, thanks to antibiotics.

You all should be seeing and hearing a lot more from me in the future because I quit my job and I will be working on selling vintage clothing and pursuing a career in photography.

Sienna's Smiles

My latest photo shoot starring "Smiley Sienna"! She was such a doll during her photo session. I had fun taking these last Saturday.

Currently, I have no other shoots planned and I am thinking of doing a really elaborately planned shoot soon. I haven't really done one yet and I've been brainstorming ideas. I just need to start collecting or making my props and get a model. I am gearing towards something fairytale inspired. I'll keep you updated.
